How to Add a Package to Apple Wallet
Most online orders never make it into Apple Wallet, because the store never set it up. Here is how to add one yourself, for basically any carrier, in under a minute.
Why doesn't my package already show up in Wallet?
Apple Wallet can technically hold order-tracking passes, the same way it holds boarding passes and gift cards. The catch is that the retailer has to build that integration themselves, through Apple's order tracking program. Almost none of them do. So even though the feature exists, you rarely see it show up on its own after checkout.
TrackIt skips that requirement entirely. Give it a tracking number and it builds a real, signed Wallet pass for that package on the spot, no cooperation from the store needed.
- Works with a tracking number alone, no store account needed
- Shows live status right on your lock screen
- Sends a push notification whenever the status changes
- Covers 3,000+ carriers across 190+ countries
- Cleans itself up once the package is delivered
Adding a package to Wallet, step by step
Grab your tracking number
It is usually in the shipping confirmation email, or on the order page if you bought from a marketplace. It doesn't matter whether it's a UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS or some smaller regional number - just find it and copy it.
Paste it into trackit.international
Drop the number into the search box on the homepage. TrackIt reads the format and figures out the carrier on its own, so you don't have to hunt through a dropdown to find the right one.
Tap “Add to Apple Wallet”
On an iPhone or iPad, this opens Wallet directly with the pass already filled in. On a laptop or desktop, TrackIt shows a QR code instead - point your iPhone camera at it and Wallet opens the same way.
Confirm, and you're done
Tap Add in the Wallet confirmation screen. From here the package sits on your lock screen and updates itself, no need to keep checking a tracking website.

Frequently asked questions
Can I add a package to Apple Wallet if the store does not support it?
Yes. Most online stores never bother setting up Apple Wallet order tracking, since it requires them to enrol separately with Apple. TrackIt does not need the store to do anything. It just needs your tracking number.
Does this work for every courier?
TrackIt covers more than 3,000 carriers, from the big names like UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS down to smaller regional couriers in over 190 countries. If you have a tracking number, there is a good chance it will work.
Is there an app I need to download first?
No app required to get your first pass into Wallet - the website does it. TrackIt also has an iOS app if you want to manage several packages at once, but it is optional.
What happens after the package is delivered?
The pass automatically closes out once your package is marked delivered, so your Wallet does not fill up with old, useless passes.
