Data Deletion Instructions

At TrackIt, we believe in giving you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so easily through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Option 1: Delete via Account Settings

  1. Log in to your TrackIt account.
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
  4. Click the Delete Account... button.
  5. Confirm your choice by clicking Permanently Delete. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 2: Delete via Email Request

If you are unable to access your account or prefer to have us handle the deletion, you can request data deletion by emailing us:

  • Send an email from the address associated with your TrackIt account to support@trackit.international.
  • Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
  • In the body of the email, clearly state that you wish to have your account and all associated data permanently deleted.
  • Our team will process your request and confirm the deletion within 30 days.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Upon deleting your account, the following will occur:

  • Your personal information (email, name, authentication details) will be permanently erased.
  • All active and past tracking numbers associated with your account will be deleted.
  • Active Apple Wallet passes linked to your account will stop receiving updates.
  • Any remaining tokens or subscription time will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
