Install the WooCommerce plugin
Do it once: download the plugin from your Integrations page, upload it to WordPress and paste in an API key.
Step 3
Complete orders as normal
Every completed order with a tracking number becomes a tracked shipment. With automatic emails on, your customer gets an Add to Apple/Google Wallet pass that keeps itself up to date.

Do I need a TrackIt For Business subscription?
Yes. The integrations are part of TrackIt For Business, along with the dashboard, automation, API and webhooks - there's no separate integrations plan.
What does my customer see?
An email with an Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet button for their order. Once added, the pass updates itself as the shipment moves, with no app to install.
Is my customers' data safe?
Only what's needed to track and notify the customer - name, contact details and tracking number - is stored against your organisation, and it's never shared with other TrackIt For Business accounts.
What if an order has more than one parcel?
TrackIt creates one shipment per tracking number, so a multi-parcel order becomes several shipments, each tracked and emailed on its own.
