Setting it up

Subscribe to TrackIt For Business
The WooCommerce plugin is included in the $24.99/month plan, alongside the dashboard, automation, API and webhooks.

Download the plugin from Integrations
From your TrackIt For Business dashboard, go to Integrations and download the WooCommerce plugin file.

Upload it under Plugins → Add New
In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the file you downloaded, install and activate it.

Create an API key
Back in TrackIt For Business, open API & Webhooks and create an API key for your store.

Paste it into WooCommerce → TrackIt
Paste the key into the plugin's settings page and press Test connection. Your store is now connected.
What gets sent to TrackIt
When an order’s tracking number is added - through WooCommerce Shipment Tracking, Advanced Shipment Tracking, or TrackIt’s own tracking box on the order screen - the plugin sends the order reference, the customer’s name and contact details, and the tracking number and carrier to TrackIt. TrackIt uses that to create the shipment, track it and email the customer their Wallet pass if automatic emails are turned on for your organisation.
