1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TrackIt at trackit.international (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TrackIt is a parcel tracking service that allows users to add shipment tracking numbers to Apple Wallet and receive live status updates. The Service acts as a bridge between carrier tracking data and Apple's Wallet Orders API. TrackIt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for any carrier's own tracking tools.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@trackit.international.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital age of consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
4. Tokens, Premium Plans; Payment
New accounts receive one free tracking token on signup. Beyond that, you can purchase tracking tokens in packs or subscribe to Premium for unlimited tracking. Token purchases are one-time and the tokens never expire. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly in ZAR. All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Prices displayed in other currencies are estimates; the final charge is in ZAR at the live exchange rate.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Submit tracking numbers you are not authorised to track.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, token systems, or other access controls.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the Service.
- Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code through the Service.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and design elements of the Service are owned by or licensed to TrackIt and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Apple, Apple Wallet, and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. TrackIt is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers including carrier tracking APIs (17TRACK), Apple Push Notification service (APNs), and our payment processor. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that tracking data will be accurate, complete, or delivered in a timely manner. Carrier data availability and accuracy is beyond our control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time with or without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackIt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service - even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrackIt and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time via the settings page or by contacting support@trackit.international. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
