Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrackIt at trackit.international (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrackIt is a parcel tracking service that allows users to add shipment tracking numbers to Apple Wallet or, through TrackIt For Android, to Google Wallet, and receive live status updates. The Service acts as a bridge between carrier tracking data and Apple's Wallet Orders API and the Google Wallet API. TrackIt For Business lets organisations track shipments for their own customers (see Section 6). TrackIt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for any carrier's own tracking tools.

Carrier coverage is provided on a best-effort basis and is not exhaustive. We do not support every carrier or postal operator worldwide, and support for a given carrier may be limited, delayed, or unavailable depending on that carrier's own tracking infrastructure and data quality. We are under no obligation to add, maintain, or continue supporting any particular carrier, and we may add, modify, or discontinue carrier support at any time without notice. Before a number is looked up we check that it could be a tracking number, and we may decline to look up text that is clearly something else, such as a store order number or a number whose check digit shows it was mistyped. A number we have not seen before can take up to a minute to return its first status. A Premium subscription grants unlimited tracking attempts for parcels from supported carriers, and a token covers one parcel; neither is a guarantee that any specific parcel, carrier, or tracking number will return status data. Except where the law requires otherwise, we do not offer refunds, credits, or other compensation where a carrier is unsupported or a parcel otherwise cannot be tracked.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@trackit.international.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital age of consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

4. Tracking Tokens, Premium Subscription & Payment

Looking up a tracking number is free and needs no account. Saving a parcel to your account and your Wallet uses one tracking token, unless you have a Premium subscription. New accounts start with zero tokens - accounts do not receive a free token on signup. You can get a token by buying as many as you like at $0.59 (USD) each, through the referral program in section 5, or by a manual grant from us. A purchase of tokens is a single, one-off payment that does not renew; each token covers one parcel and does not expire. A Premium subscription lets you save parcels without tokens. Premium is billed at either $1.49 (USD) per week or $4.99 (USD) per month and renews automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (PayPal). Prices displayed in other currencies are estimates; the final charge is in USD. Before you pay, you are asked to tick a box confirming that you agree to these Terms, including the refund terms below.

Premium renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, and you must do so before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where this section says otherwise or where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund that we cannot lawfully exclude.

Immediate access. Subscriptions start, and purchased tokens are added to your account, as soon as payment is confirmed. By paying you ask us to begin providing the service immediately and acknowledge that, once we have begun, you lose any right to cancel and receive a refund within a cooling-off or withdrawal period, to the extent the law allows you to give up that right.

What is not refundable:

  • any billing period that has already started, including a weekly or monthly renewal, whether or not you used the service during it;
  • renewals you did not cancel before the renewal date shown in your account settings;
  • a token you have bought, whether or not you have used it, including a token used on a parcel that later stops returning tracking data;
  • charges where a carrier or a particular parcel cannot be tracked;
  • change of mind, forgetting to cancel, not using the service, or buying the wrong plan;
  • time remaining on a subscription that you cancel, or that ends because you delete your account or organisation, or because we end your access for breaching these Terms;
  • partial periods, prorated amounts, credits, or compensation of any other kind; and
  • currency conversion differences and fees charged by PayPal, your bank or your card issuer.

When we may consider a refund. We will consider a refund only where you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, a charge made after a cancellation that was completed before the renewal date, a token payment that was taken without a token being added to your account, or a fault in the service that we cannot fix. We will also honour any refund the law of your country requires. Any other refund is entirely at our discretion, and granting one does not oblige us to grant another.

How to request a refund. Refund requests are accepted by email only, at support@trackit.international. We do not process requests made through the app, social media, reviews, chat, or any other channel. The email must be sent from the address on your TrackIt account and must include your account email address; the PayPal transaction ID, date and amount of the charge; the reason for the request, with any supporting detail or screenshots; and, for a TrackIt For Business subscription, the name of the organisation (the request must come from an owner). Requests must reach us within 7 days of the charge in question. A late or incomplete request may be declined without further reply, and we may decline a request if you do not answer our follow-up questions within 7 days. Sending a request does not guarantee a refund, and any subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it.

We aim to reply within 10 business days. An approved refund is paid to the original PayPal payment method, may take several more days to appear, and may end your Premium or Business access, or remove the token concerned, straight away.

Disputes and chargebacks. Please contact us first. If you open a dispute or chargeback with PayPal, your bank or your card issuer without giving us the chance to resolve it, we may suspend or close your account and any organisation you own while the dispute is open, and we will give the payment provider the records we hold about the purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are refunded only by Apple, under Apple's own rules.

Abuse. We may refuse refunds to accounts that repeatedly ask for them, subscribe and cancel repeatedly to use the service without paying, or give false information in a request.

Your legal rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement, such as the guarantees that services be provided with reasonable care and skill and be as described. Where those rights apply to you, they take priority over any part of these Terms that conflicts with them.

Emails from us. We send emails about your account and purchases. If you start saving a parcel and leave before finishing, we may also send you a single reminder about that parcel. We send at most one such reminder per account, and every reminder has an unsubscribe link.

5. Referral Program

Every account has a unique referral code and link, available from your account settings. When someone creates a new account using your link and that account subsequently purchases a Premium subscription (buying a single token does not count), you are credited 1 non-expiring tracking token. Creating an account through a referral link, on its own, does not grant a token to either party - the referred account must complete a paid Premium purchase for the credit to be issued.

  • Each referred account can be linked to at most one referrer, determined by the first valid referral link used before that account was created.
  • You cannot refer yourself; self-referrals are not credited.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals you can earn tokens from.
  • Referral tokens are credited once per referred account, at the time their Premium purchase is first fulfilled - not on every renewal.
  • We reserve the right to withhold or reverse referral credits obtained through fraud, abuse, fake accounts, or circumvention of these Terms.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program, or change its reward, at any time.

6. TrackIt For Business

TrackIt For Business is a separate subscription for organisations, billed at $14.99 (USD) per month through PayPal. It renews automatically each month until cancelled, is billed separately from any personal Premium subscription, and is non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, on the refund terms in section 4 above. The person who creates an organisation confirms they are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf. The subscription covers everyone in the organisation, and we do not charge per person. If you come to TrackIt For Business from the WooCommerce Marketplace, the subscription is instead billed by WooCommerce.com through your WooCommerce.com account, at $14.99 (USD) per month plus any tax WooCommerce.com adds for your country. WooCommerce.com's own terms apply to that payment, you can cancel it from the Billing page in TrackIt, and refund requests for it are made from your WooCommerce.com account and handled under WooCommerce.com's refund rules.

Teams and roles. An organisation can have several members who share one workspace. Each member has a role: an owner has full control, including billing and deleting the organisation; an admin manages the team, integrations and settings but cannot change or remove owners or other admins; a member creates and manages shipments; and a read-only member can view but not change anything. Owners and admins invite people by email. An invitation is tied to the email address it was sent to and can only be accepted by a TrackIt account confirmed with that address. Owners and admins may change a member's role or remove them at any time, and any member may leave. An organisation always keeps at least one owner. Owners and admins are responsible for who they invite and for the access they give, and the organisation is responsible for the actions of everyone it invites. Anything a member does in the workspace, including data they add or delete, is treated as done by the organisation.

Deleting an organisation. An owner can permanently delete the organisation at any time from its Settings page. Deletion removes all of its shipments, customer details, members, API keys, webhooks, rules and settings for everyone in it, cancels the PayPal subscription, and cannot be undone. Wallet passes that customers have already added will stop updating. No refund is given for the remainder of a paid period, except as section 4 or the law requires. If you are the only owner of an organisation, you must delete it or make another member an owner before you can delete your personal TrackIt account.

  • You may only add shipments and customer details (such as names and email addresses) that you are lawfully entitled to share with us, and you are responsible for telling your customers how their data is used, including that we may email them shipment updates on your behalf.
  • For your customers' personal data, you are the data controller and we process it on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Only invite people who are entitled to see your shipment and customer data. Removing someone from the organisation ends their access, but you must also rotate any API keys or webhook secrets they had seen.
  • You must keep API keys and webhook signing secrets confidential. You are responsible for all requests made with your keys and for data sent to webhook endpoints you configure.
  • You must have the rights to any logo, colours, or other branding you upload, and you grant us a licence to display them on Wallet passes, tracking pages, and emails for your shipments.
  • We may apply rate limits to the Business API and dashboard, and may suspend access that harms the Service or other users.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Submit tracking numbers you are not authorised to track.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, token systems, or other access controls.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the Service.
  • Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code through the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and design elements of the Service are owned by or licensed to TrackIt and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Apple, Apple Wallet, and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Google, Google Wallet, and Android are trademarks of Google LLC. TrackIt is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers including carrier tracking APIs (17TRACK), Apple Push Notification service (APNs), the Google Wallet API, Apple Maps (MapKit JS), our email provider (Resend), our payment processor, and, only if you consent to analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity for usage analytics. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

TrackIt keeps your tracking data stored against your account permanently, for as long as your account exists - a parcel being marked delivered does not remove it, so your parcel history remains available to you. Data is only deleted if you remove a parcel yourself or delete your account (see Section 13). Third-party tracking providers such as 17TRACK may separately retain an anonymised tracking number under their own retention policies. This is outside our control and is not linked to your identity or account by us.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that tracking data will be accurate, complete, or delivered in a timely manner. Carrier data availability and accuracy is beyond our control.

We do not warrant that any specific carrier is or will remain supported, or that any specific parcel or tracking number can be tracked, whether or not you hold a Premium subscription (see Section 2). A carrier being unsupported, or a parcel failing to return tracking data, is not a defect in the Service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time with or without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackIt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service - even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrackIt and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, any customer data or branding you submit through TrackIt For Business, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time via the settings page, subject to the rule about sole owners of organisations in Section 6, or by contacting support@trackit.international. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
