Can I add RAM parcels to Apple Wallet?
Yes. Paste the tracking number from RAM into TrackIt, sign in, and tap Add to Apple Wallet. TrackIt creates an order in Apple Wallet for the parcel and updates it each time RAM scans it.
Why doesn't a parcel from RAM show up in Apple Wallet by itself?
Apple Wallet's built-in order tracking is set up by the shop you bought from, not by the carrier, so a tracking number on its own isn't added to Wallet. TrackIt builds the Wallet order from the tracking number, whichever shop the parcel came from.
Do I have to choose RAM myself?
