How do I track a package in Apple Wallet?
Paste your tracking number on trackit.international, sign in or create a free account, then tap Add to Apple Wallet. The parcel appears in the Wallet app as an order, and its status updates on your lock screen as the carrier scans it.
Can I track any package in Apple Wallet, whatever the carrier?
Yes. TrackIt supports 3,000+ carriers worldwide, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Royal Mail and Australia Post, and detects the carrier from the tracking number. Apple's own order tracking only works with merchants that have joined its programme, so TrackIt covers the parcels Apple can't.
Why isn't my package showing up in Apple Wallet?
Apple Wallet only lists orders from merchants that support Order Tracking, or, on iPhones that support Apple Intelligence running iOS 26 or later, orders it finds in your email. If yours isn't there, add the tracking number to TrackIt and it creates a Wallet order for that parcel.
Does tracking a package in Apple Wallet need Apple Pay?
No. TrackIt works independently of Apple Pay, so it doesn't matter how you paid or where you bought the item. You only need the tracking number.
Is TrackIt free?
Looking up a tracking number is free and needs no account. Adding a parcel to Wallet uses a token, which you get by redeeming a referral code, or you can go unlimited with Premium at $1.49 a week or $4.99 a month.
Which iOS version does Apple Wallet parcel tracking need?
