How Mail adds orders to Apple Wallet on iOS 26
On iPhones that support Apple Intelligence, iOS 26 can spot an order in an email and add it to Wallet. Here is how to switch it on and what to do when it doesn't work.
How to turn it on
- Open Settings and tap Wallet & Apple Pay.
- Tap Order Tracking and make sure Mail is switched on.
- Open an order email and tap Track. You might need to tap Allow.
Who can use it
The feature needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence and iOS 26. On an older iPhone, or on an earlier version of iOS, the Mail setting isn't there and Mail can't add orders.
If the Track button never appears
- Check the setting above is on.
- Open the shipping email, not just the order confirmation, because the tracking details are usually in the shipping one.
- Some emails don't contain enough for Mail to read.
When Wallet has nothing to show: add the tracking number yourself
If the shop doesn't support Wallet's order tracking, or you only have a tracking number from an email or a seller, TrackIt fills the gap. Paste the number into the box above, sign in, and tap Add to Apple Wallet. TrackIt detects the carrier from the number and keeps the Wallet order updated as the parcel is scanned.
