Which shops work with Apple Wallet order tracking?
Apple doesn't publish one complete list, and the shops that take part change over time. Here is how to tell whether yours does, and what to do if it doesn't.
How to tell if a shop supports it
Apple's Wallet order tracking support page is the place to check the current rules, since Apple updates it as the feature grows.
- Look for a Track with Apple Wallet button on the order confirmation or shipping email (iOS 17 or later).
- Pay with Apple Pay and check Wallet's Orders section afterwards (iOS 16 or later).
- On an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence running iOS 26, open the order email in Mail and look for a Track button.
Why so many orders are missing
The shop has to send the order details to Wallet, so a small shop or a marketplace seller often hasn't done that work. Nothing on your phone can force it, which is why an order can be delivered by a well-known courier and still never appear.
When Wallet has nothing to show: add the tracking number yourself
If the shop doesn't support Wallet's order tracking, or you only have a tracking number from an email or a seller, TrackIt fills the gap.
