Royal Mail tracking questions
Can I add Royal Mail parcels to Google Wallet?
Yes. Paste the tracking number from Royal Mail into TrackIt, sign in, and tap Add to Google Wallet. TrackIt creates a pass in Google Wallet for the parcel and updates it each time Royal Mail scans it.
Why doesn't a parcel from Royal Mail show up in Google Wallet by itself?
Google Wallet's own order tracking reads orders from Gmail, for supported shops, and Google says it is currently only available in the US. It can't take a tracking number on its own. TrackIt builds a Wallet pass from the number, whichever shop the parcel came from.
Do I have to choose Royal Mail myself?
No. TrackIt detects the carrier from the tracking number. If it ever picks the wrong one, open Select manually under the tracking box and choose Royal Mail.
What does a tracking number from Royal Mail look like?
Many Royal Mail tracking numbers are 13 characters: two letters, nine digits, then GB, for example AB123456789GB.
