Track Alibaba Orders and Packages in Google Wallet
Paste the tracking number from your Alibaba order to add the package to Google Wallet and follow it on your lock screen. No app to install.
How to track a Alibaba package in Google Wallet
- Find the tracking number. Open Orders in your Alibaba account and choose the order. The supplier adds the tracking number under the shipping details once it has shipped.
- Paste it into the box at the top of this page. TrackIt finds the carrier and fetches the latest status.
- Sign in or create a free account, then tap Add to Google Wallet. On a computer, scan the QR code with your phone.
- Watch the status change in Google Wallet as the carrier scans the parcel.
How Alibaba ships
Suppliers choose the carrier. Small orders often go by express courier and larger ones by freight.
Other ways to follow the package
Google Wallet can list Alibaba orders it finds in your Gmail once package tracking is switched on, and Google says that is currently only available in the US. Open Google Wallet, tap View more, then View more transactions, then Orders. It has no field for a tracking number, which is why TrackIt builds the pass for you.
Common questions
Can I track a Alibaba order in Google Wallet?
Yes. Copy the tracking number from your Alibaba order, paste it into TrackIt, and tap Add to Google Wallet. It works whichever carrier Alibaba used, and it keeps updating as the parcel moves.

Why doesn't my Alibaba order appear in Google Wallet by itself?
Google Wallet's own order tracking reads orders from Gmail, for supported shops, and Google says it is currently only available in the US. If Alibaba isn't picked up, or you're outside the US, a tracking number added to TrackIt is the way around that.
