Which shops work with Google Wallet order tracking?

Google says Wallet's order tracking works for supported shops, found in your Gmail. There is an easy way to tell whether a shop shows up for you, and a way around it when it doesn't.

How to tell if a shop works

If the order appears, that shop works for you. If it doesn't, the shop isn't supported, or you're outside the US, where Google says the feature isn't available yet.

  1. Switch on package tracking in Gmail's settings.
  2. Place an order and wait for the confirmation or shipping email to arrive in that Gmail account.
  3. Open Google Wallet and look under View more, View more transactions, Orders.

When the shop doesn't show up

Take the tracking number from the shipping email and paste it into TrackIt For Android. It adds the parcel to Google Wallet whichever shop it came from.

Shops people track most

Each has its own page showing where its tracking number lives.

  • Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy and eBay for US orders.
  • AliExpress, Temu and SHEIN for imports.
  • Etsy, ASOS and Takealot, among others.

Common questions

Is there a list of shops Google Wallet supports?

Google describes the feature as working for supported shops and doesn't give a list on its help page. Place an order and check Wallet to see.

Does Google Wallet track Amazon orders?

Amazon orders can appear if Gmail finds the email and you're in the US. Otherwise, paste the Amazon tracking ID into TrackIt.

Does Google Wallet track AliExpress or Temu orders?

Not reliably. Use the tracking number with TrackIt, which works with the carriers those shops use.
